Effective date: October 14, 2026
License
Summit Line grants the authorized business user a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Scout for the business's internal operations, subject to these terms.
QuickBooks connection
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize Scout to access information allowed by the permissions shown during Intuit's authorization process. The connection is intended for read-only business summaries and analysis; Scout does not create, edit, or delete accounting records. You can manage or revoke access through your Intuit account.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorized to connect the QuickBooks account and use its data. Review Scout's results against your accounting records before relying on them. Scout provides operational information, not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online and other connected services are provided by their respective companies and are subject to their own terms. Scout's availability may depend on those services.
